Fragonard is the beautiful story of a family of perfumes, the celebration of women and the passion for art.
Fragonard began in 1926 in Grasse, a small famous town in France known as the perfume capital of the world.
Eugene Fuchs a lover of fine art and perfume opened a perfumery he named Fragonard in tribute to the famous 17th Century Grasse Painter, Jean-Honore Fragonard.
Today with its founder’s female heirs at the helm, it presents a universe of fresh and contemporary products grown in Provence. From their perfume museums in Paris to their many boutique perfume stores in Paris and in the South of France.

Every year Fragonard traditionally creates a limited edition collection of eau de toilet, soap, decorated soap dish and room fragrance. Lilac or Lilas in French is a woody flowering plant from the same family as the olive tree. Its gorgeous flowers bloom in springtime across South-eastern Europe. It can come in shades of light purple, indigo, white pink and even yellow, all with one thing in common - a beautiful scent that captures the heart of every person that smell its.
